Welcome to the collection of early
aeronautica by the F-T-S.
The collection of early aeronautica by the
Fokker-Team-Schorndorf is relatively young and therefore not very large.
The intention of this collection is to collect early
German aeronautica with an eye of opening a museum one day in the far future. This
collection does not only comprise historical artefacts, but also reproduction parts, that
will be produced according to the results of historic research done by the F-T-S.
Original historic parts whithin this collection will
be restored to represent what was the factory fresh stage. During the restoration process
we will try to put together as many authentic dokuments as possible to support the work.
Where this is not possible anymore we will do new construction drawings of the restored
item and will publish our restoration reports to make later restorations of semiliar items
more easy.
As a guidline the Collection of the F-T-S made to
never sell away any of the items once they have been obtained. An Exchange of items will
only be allowed as soon as a minimum quantity of two of one item are in that
collection. |
