This demonstration wing part was intented to accompany the first reproduction triplane on its display at the Technik Museum Speyer. After the museum´s staff did not show any interest in it it remained with our collection. It shows the strenghtened wings how it was used after the fatal crashes of Gontermann and Pastor in late 1917.
